*NEW* Updates to Your Payment Options

The Kinneloa Irrigation District is pleased to introduce a *NEW* customer payment portal hosted by Ampstun. The old payment portal is no longer accessible and the following changes are effective immediately

All customers who currently submit online payments will need to register their account online in the new payment portal. Please follow this link: Kinneloa Customer Payment Portal  and click "Consumer Registration" to establish account access in the new payment portal. Once you register your account, you can immediately view your bill and submit an online payment.

Please review the following updates to the payment options below. 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT 

1.    Automatic Direct Deduction (updated):  The Kinneloa Irrigation District will no longer process payments by AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT

If you wish to set up Auto Pay, you have two options. Register your account in the new customer payment portal and;

1. Sign up for Auto Pay by Credit Card or Debit Card

2. Sign up for Auto Pay by E-Check. 

Customers who signed up for Automatic Payment Direct Deduction under the old system must register their account online in the *NEW* customer payment portal,  if they wish to continue to auto pay their bill by E-Check or Credit Card. Please follow this link: Kinneloa Customer Payment Portal and click "Consumer Registration" to establish account access in the new payment portal. 

Update: All customer banking information has been deleted from our system. Kinneloa no longer has access to your banking information.

 

2.    Credit Card: To set up auto pay by credit card, you must register your account online in the new payment portal. Current customers signed up for recurring payment by credit card must register their account online if they wish to continue to auto pay their bill by credit card. Please follow this link: Kinneloa Customer Payment Portal and click "Consumer Registration" to establish account access in the new payment portal. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to set up auto pay by credit card.

 

3.    E-Check: To set up auto pay by E-check, you must register your account online in the new payment portal. Current customers signed up for recurring payment by E-check must register their account online if they wish to continue to auto pay their bill by E-check. Please follow this link: Kinneloa Customer Payment Portal and click "Consumer Registration" to establish account access in the new payment portal. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to set up auto pay by E-check.

ONLINE PAYMENT 

1.    Credit Card: To make a one-time payment by credit card, you must register your account online in the new payment portal.

 

2.    E-Check: To make a one-time payment by E-check, you must register your account online in the new payment portal.

PAY BY PHONE 

If you wish to make a payment by phone, please call (877) 235-3182.

Please do not call the office. The office cannot process any payments by phone. You must call the 877 number.

HOME BANKING PAYMENT 

If you order your payment through Home Banking, we recommend allowing at least 10 business days for the payment to be delivered to our office. Regardless of what the bank states as the delivery time, the bank's check batching process and USPS mail processing results in delayed delivery in our area. Please reference your whole KID account number, all 6 digits and the hyphen (####-##), to ensure that your payment is credited to your account.

MAIL PAYMENT

Please allow at least 7 business days for the payment to be delivered to our office because USPS mail processing results in delayed delivery in our area. Do not mail cash.

COURTESTY BOX PAYMENT 

Drop your check payment or money order in one of the three KID Courtesy Drop Boxes as shown on the backside of your statement. Please do not deposit cash in the courtesy box.

IN PERSON CASH, CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENT 

We are always happy to see our customers. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and make your payment.

Please note, we do not accept debit or credit cards in the office.

 Your Bill is Due Upon Presentation

Failure to receive a bill will not relieve the customer of any of their responsibilities for non-payment penalties.

In order for a payment to be shown as credited on the next statement, payments must be received in the office on or before the last office business day of the following month.
