The District is a member of the Foothill Municipal Water District, a member agency of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

The District is also a member of the Public Water Agencies Group (PWAG), a non-profit a non-profit association formed in the 1960s of 21 Los Angeles County water agencies that share resources and coordinate emergency preparedness and mutual assistance.
