Approved Water Rates for 2025 -2029
On November 19, 2024, the Kinneloa Irrigation District Board of Directors approved the new water rate structure and 5-year water rate schedule for 2025-2029. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2025, with annual rate adjustments each January 1 through 2029.
The KID water rate has two components:
Daily Service Charge is a readiness to serve charge and is computed on the actual number of days between meter readings. Daily Service Charges are calculated according to customer meter size.

Water Usage Charge: The second component is a volumetric charge which is equivalent to 100 cubic feet CCF) or 748 gallons.
