Your bill is payable upon receipt. Please pay as soon as you receive it. K​​inneloa Irrigation District offers several payment options for your convenience.

Kinneloa Irrigation District does not estimate water usage. The meters are read monthly to facilitate monthly billing.

A bill becomes delinquent if not paid by the fifth (5th) day of the following month. On the twentieth (20th) day of the month following presentation, which is approximately forty-five (45) days from the billing date, a penalty will be charged and a Late Notice will be mailed to the water service Customer. Late Charge
Any water service which is delinquent in payment will be charged a one time delinquency charge in the amount of $15.00 and a simple interest amount at the rate of 10% per annum on the unpaid balance.

Should you question the bill, please request an explanation and/or investigation by writing the Kinneloa Irrigation District office within 10 days of the billing date. Non-payment of a disputed or protested bill is not an excuse or mitigating circumstance. All bills must be paid on time.
